WHEN IS THE MUSEUM OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
The Fire Museum is not currently open for regular hours. However, we do host special community events and private group visits by appointment. Please contact us if you’re interested in scheduling a visit.
WHAT KINDS OF ARTIFACTS ARE ON DISPLAY?
Our collection includes vintage firefighting equipment, historical photographs, restored fire helmets, tools, and original documents from the North Uxbridge Fire Department, many dating back over 100 years.
IS THE MUSEUM BUILDING ORIGINAL?
Yes! The museum is housed in the town’s historic firehouse, which has been carefully restored using original woodwork, authentic porcelain fixtures, and fully updated electrical systems while preserving its historic charm.
HOW CAN I SUPPORT THE MUSEUM?
We rely on the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community members. You can support us through donations, attending events, volunteering your time, or contributing toward the preservation of local fire history.

The museum is managed by a dedicated team of local volunteers, including former firefighters, town historians, and a Board of Directors committed to preserving and honoring North Uxbridge’s fire service legacy.
