On a warm Friday evening, the North Uxbridge Fire Museum hosted its 2nd Annual Porketta Fundraiser at the VFW Post 1385 – and the community showed up in full force.

Guests were treated to a delicious Italian-style meal, generously catered by Mendon Street Kitchen, with help from volunteers who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The evening featured raffle baskets donated by local businesses, a strong turnout from museum supporters, and heartfelt remarks from those at the mic – thanking attendees for their continued support of this nonprofit mission.

Special guests included State Representative Mike Soter and Joe McKenna, who joined the crowd in recognizing the museum’s efforts to preserve local firefighting history and community pride.

Events like Porketta are more than fundraisers – they’re reminders that it takes a village to protect the past. Thank you to everyone who came out to eat, laugh, donate, and celebrate the North Uxbridge Fire Museum.
